Communications & Contact

Clients and customers are always welcome to contact any of our staff or representatives with any questions, comments, or concerns they may have regarding the business, their services, or our operations.

Our representatives may not be available for communications/contact outside of standard business hours (Mon-Fri; 9am-5pm), and will not be available for communications/contact outside of our hours of operation.

Preston Lighting’s hours of operation are as follows:
Mon-Fri | 8:00am-8:00pm
Sat & Sun | 10:00am-5:00pm

Services & Business

In order to receive services from PL, a client must first inquire with us about the necessary, applicable, or desired services. A client must then open an account with us by properly filling out and submitting the appropriate account application. Finally, upon approval of that account, the client may register a Project with one of our representatives in order to receive our services for their production, event, or other purposes.

Our representatives will first send a free quote, upon approval from the client, we will be confirmed to service your project. Depending on the nature of your project, invoices may be issued prior to, during, or after completion of the project. If need be, we may provide a free consultation prior to producing a quote in order to best determine the services which suit your needs.

Discounts are often applied/provided to non-profit organizations. If you are a 501(c)(3) organization, please inform your account representative in order to receive discounts or cost exemptions.
